What do you love about teaching for the BYEP?

I love seeing folks connect with one another. You can feel the palpable friendships that are budding all around you.

It makes me feel more connected and open seeing such a vibrant group come together each week and form new nourishing relationships. It lights me up!
 

Share a cool/interesting fact about you.

I healed my gut health after years and years of trying to figure out what was making me so sick with severe GI issues for roughly 20 years or so. I eliminated certain foods for a long time and slowly introduced some of them and have never felt better! I now help others to do the same!


Tell us about your teaching/classes you are offering for the BYEP.

My classes are usually all levels welcome and I tend to give many variations to Asana (postures) throughout so everyone feels as welcome and capable as possible to enjoy the lightness of being that comes from a well rounded and accessible class.  Besides the physical postures, I tend to share very detailed Pranayama (breathing) variations throughout the arc of the class for accessing deep inner connection and balance which in turn leads to a potent savasana.
